My friend, coaching is right for everyone. Literally everyone can benefit from having a coach in their life. But there are some things to consider about whether or not this is a good investment of your resources.

My Approach
I believe more than anything that you are notable, just as you are. You don’t need to be quieter or louder or skinnier or curvier. You. You just being you is enough.
But as we grow up, the world, our families, our schools, society imprints these expectations on how to be on each of us and we lose our way.
What we need to do is strip all that away and get back to the core of whom we really are. What do we love? What do we believe? What makes us tick, what triggers us, and why? Knowing this, we can set the right containers, create space, increase our capacity, and lead in our lives, work, and community in a way that creates the kind of world we want to live in.
